This document will walk through the various features and functionalities of the Edit Multiple Campaign Wizard.
This Wizard should be used in conjunction with the Custom Payouts Report.
Accessing The Edit Multiple Campaigns Wizard
The Edit Multiple Campaigns Wizard can be found by hovering over the Affiliates Main Tab, hovering over Campaigns and then clicking on Edit Multiple Campaigns.
Step 1
The first step of the wizard is to choose the Affiliate / Offer combinations that will ultimately find all of the Campaigns you wish to edit. At least one filter must be set in Step 1 in order for the process to work.
1) Tier: Choosing a Tier will narrow down the total number of Affiliates based on the Tier of the Affiliate. All Tiers will include all Affiliates.
Affiliate Tag: Choosing a Tag will narrow down the total number of Affiliates based on the tag of the Affiliate. All Affiliate Tags will include all Affiliates.
Affiliate:This allows you to select all Affiliates matching the above criteria or a specific Affiliate.
2) Advertiser: This allows you to select All Advertisers or a specific Advertiser. Choosing a specific Advertiser will include only Offers related to that Advertiser.
Offer Tag: Choosing a Tag will narrow down the total number of Offers based on the tag of the Offer. All Offer Tags will include all Offers.
Offer: This allows you to select all Offers matching the above criteria or a specific Offer.
***If all drop downs remain at the default to include all, Cake will assume you want to edit every Campaign in your system. This is usually NOT the case.
Step 2
The second step of the wizard allows you to select additional items that will narrow down which Campaigns will be changed.
Currency: Selecting a specific
Media Type: Selecting a specific Media Type will narrow down the Campaigns to only those that match the selected Media Type. Otherwise, Cake will include Campaigns across all Media Types.
